It would be perfect if parenting, life, and love had an autocorrect feature. Since it doesn’t this is my journey to autocorrect. Parenting kids is difficult, parenting 4 kids is challenging, and parenting 4 kids when some have special needs is a mission.
My name is Milk Lady and I’m the mom of 4 kids. Possibly more if you count ALL of their personalities….and mine. The oldest child is a 10 year old girl nicknamed What. Everything she says starts with the word, what. She has ADHD and Anxiety Disorder. I have twin Tasmanian devils, one boy and one girl. The boy’s nickname is Tater, the boy loves potatoes. The girl twin’s name is No. Everything she says to us and we say to her involves the word no. She has Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorder. No and Tater are currently 5 years old going on 3 years old. Then there’s the baby, Trouble. He has developmental delays. I’m not convinced he’s not part golden retriever. Chewing, slobbering, and pulling on everything in sight. He believes his name is Ewww-Gross as every time we talk to him it usually begins with Ewww-Gross due to voluminous bodily fluids. Last but not least, there is Milk Man. Milk Man is similar to Batman only with a bottle.
And THIS is our life. It’s crazy and chaotic, but we have 3 things that keep it solid: Faith, Hope, and Love.
